In this experiential workshop, you will learn how to cultivate an environment in your team, that helps your team members feel self-motivated to commit to the project, which you have assigned to them.

Highly motivated employees are more productive, more creative and more focused on achieving quality results, both for themselves and for the businesses they work for.

In this workshop, you will examine your own motivation, and its role in guiding others as well. You will further explore internal and external sources of motivation, explore four key motivational factors and learn how to highlight your motivation and your role to others so that you can fully participate in the work of the team or business.
